PROGRAM: INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS
As of the 2018-19 academic year, Johns Hopkins University
now requires documented
annual evaluation of all enrolled and active doctoral students, starting
with their first year in the program. Based on the university’s policy,
Biostatistics PhD students are now required to complete an individual
development plan (IDP) each year, discuss it with their advisor, and send a
written summary to the academic coordinator (Mary
Joy Argo) by the end of the 2nd term of each academic year
