About me

John Muschelli (pronounced Moo-shell-e)

Video Interview with John Mcgready about research in the SMART group

I am currently a PhD student at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) Biostatistics Center at JH School of Public Health (JHSPH). My current projects include functional MRI analysis of typically developing children, children with ADHD, and children with autism, and a multi-site stroke clinical trial. My primary collaborators are Ciprian Crainiceanu, Brian Caffo, Dan Hanley, and Stewart Mostofsky.

I received my Master's of Science (ScM) in Biostatistics from JHSPH, under the advising of Brian Caffo and a BS in Biomathematics and Neuroscience from the University of Scranton.

My interests are automation of reports and analysis and unique visualization of data.

I'm also a fan of the Eagles and Phillies. Go Phils!
