I am mainly interested in developing statistical methods for analyzing brain imaging data of various modalities including MRI, ECOG, EEG and fMRI.
As a part of my postdoc I worked on methodology for statistical analysis of large samples of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) data using group independent component analysis.
I am interested in both disease prediction using imaging biomarkers as well as exploration of different disorders affecting the human brain.
