I am a first year PhD student in the Biostatistics program at Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health.
My academic advisor is Jeff Leek. We are working on integrating the R-package 'knitr' into a simple framework for automating some parts of scientific reporting. Other than that I'm taking the standard coursework of a PhD student.
