Citrus Tilapia

Tilapia 5 fillets
Lemon 1
Lime 1
Fresh Basil 1 bunch
Fresh Rosemary 3 sprigs
Black Pepper
Garlic Salt
Olive Oil


Coat baking dish with olive oil. Lay rosemary sprigs on bottom of pan then fillets on top. Coat with more olive oil. Dust with pepper and garlic salt. Chop basil into strips and sprinkle on top. Cut lemons and limes into quarters and squeeze juice over everything then toss into corners of the baking dish (mostly for appearance). Cover dish with tin foil and leave in fridge to marinate for 30 mins (optional).

Bake covered at 400 degrees until fish is white and slightly flakey. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes at the end (optional).
