Rosemary Potatoes

Red Potatoes 6
Fresh Rosemary 5 sprigs
Garlic Salt
Olive Oil


Finely chop rosemary. Chop potatoes into bite-size pieces. Toss potatoes into baking dish and coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary and garlic salt.

Bake covered at 400 degrees until potatoes are golden brown. Uncover and bake until desired crispiness.
