I have been teaching Advanced methods in Biostatistics, a 2-term course for second year PhD Biostatistics Students at Johns Hopkins University. The course covers polytomous outcomes, log-linear models, mixed effects models, Bayesian/MCMC, EM, GLMMs, prediction/machine learning, nonparametric smoothing, and measurement error.
